Steps:

• Click me to get install the required app for it.
• Install The App by click add to chrome
• After Suceessful installtion go to your google chrome new tab
• Now you can see a new App icon 
• Click the App
• Click Start making the theme
• You can upload your image or take picture from your webcam
• Click next
• Now you can able to give the colors for the borders and tab
• After Creating you themes just click finsh
• Now you can click install
