 error code: 0x0000005d

Or some users can able to see another error

VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Certain guest (e.g. OS/2 and ONIX) requires this feature and will fail to boot without it.

This issue mainly because your system is not capable for virtualization  If you are using the old processors such as P4, Dual Core, Core 2 Duo, Celerons etc cannot able to install the Windows 8 and other operating system which needs the hardware acceleration.

This is not a software related issue, it is not based on the compatablity of the machine using. So there is no fix for this issue. If you intrested to do the virtual of Windows 8 you need to spend money to upgrade your old system to new one. Core i3, Core i5, Core i7 etc processors can able to do it.
